The Yale Angels Pitch Off for female and historically under-represented founders occurred virtually on October 26, 2021, and was sponsored by the Yale Office of Development.

Next, we tapped seasoned Yale alumni investors to help us recruit reviewers, provide independent review of submissions, and minimize bias in the process. We also enlisted outside help from HearstLab, a friend of Accelerate Yale, to provide additional female reviewers.
